This is a great book about a young girl who grew up with an autistic mother who could barely speak and only knew 26 words and some of them are baby words. Along the way to growing up she starts to wonder more and more about her life and where she and her mother came from. She couldnt get the answer because she lives with Bernie who found her when she was a baby with her mom, and does'nt know anything about her, only her name. She sets of on a journey to find out about herself and her mom. She does not know who her father is but thats all I can tell you about the story or it will ruin it. This is a wonderful story, it should be read.
