Call of the Wild, The
4 journalers for this copy...
Easy-reader version of the London's wolf classic.
Jack London ... Used to read him a long ago. I think I’ve read this one too.
Easy Readers ... At the moment it would suit me well. I feel I can’t handle anything more.
I’m not sure if I will read this one, though. Took it for BC purposes, to be released in Tampere or Pirkkala, I guess. It was left on the table in our BC get-together tonight at Wayne’s. I grabbed it, of course. Greedy me.

No, I don't think I've read this book before since I was surprised by the dog's point of view. I was also surprised by the simplicity of the language ‒ and then I finally realized this copy is a simplified version. Might be good to read the title page, too, sometimes. ;)
Anyway, I did enjoy the story and very much liked the illustrations by Oscar Jørgensen. Thw story is, admittedly, quite cruel but so is life pretty often too. A dog's life, especially.
Thanks for sharing, Elfbiter!
