I've actually got no idea where I released this book, or how. I think it might have been among some books I took out of my over-heavy bag and left in the hostel in Earls Court for Lytteltonwitch to release, but who knows. All I know is it was in my bag when I left New Zealand, and wasn't when I got home again.
