Just finished this one, I really like the ease with which this series is reading. You feel that you are getting to know the characters but not so much that you miss them when they are killed off.

A quick update on this book: I have been flooded with books this summer and am trying to keep up but I have a whole box of ring/ray books to get through. I am reading this book in conjuction with a few others but I hope to mail this by the end of the month.

I really enjoy Joanne Fluke style. Her mysteries are engaging and well thought out. Her characters are multi-dimensional and she creates strong but workable relationships between them. She has a wonderful sense of humor.

I don't usually re-read mysteries but decided to with this series for two reasons I had lost my place in the series and by re-reading I finding things I missed when i first read the early books that are paying off now.

i found this book in a free box at a rummage sale in mn. i have read one other book by Joanne Fluke. they are funny and i love the charactors. i'll definately read more of her books
