I have been wanting to read this novel ever since I saw a drop-dead glamorous girl walk into a bar in Kathmandu clutching this book in her hands.

Just shy of a 10 star rating? This book was a little too long. I really enjoyed the story, though, much much more than I was expecting to. This book is the rollicking tale of an Australian fugitive who finds himself leading an extraordinar life of wealth and poverty, crime and redemption, in Bombay. This is a novel but it is also semi-autobiographical

I will release this book into the wild for someone else to find. I hope whoever finds this enjoys it as much as I did!
