Wow, what a far travelled little book! I found it in the "Unperfekthaus" in Essen during the ruhrcrossing2010 unconvention and wasn't surprised at all, that it was ghanescha, who had and read it before. You see, I know you so well! :-)

A lovely book, indeed. I enjoyed the reflections and also the paintings a lot and could remember some of them from the Natinal Gallery in London, where I'm always going for a couple of hours, when I stay there.

True hope is swift,
and flies
with swallow's wings.
(William Shakespeare)

A knock on my door surprised me with a large package from Germany! My partner in the Christmas Ornament Exchange sent an amazing gift: an Advent Calendar with a little ornament behind each door. Oh my, however did you know that I love Advent Calendars? Now I can't wait for December to come. And tucked in with the calendar was this little book of hope. Thank you so much. I am so delighted!

Journal Entry 15 by Brookler at Powell River, British Columbia Canada on Tuesday, December 10, 2013
A quick little read. Some of the quotes are very good, and not all are religious.

I'm including this in a Christmas Card to the USA, as part of the International Christmas Card Exchange. Hope you like it!
