What a fun and fast-paced read. A very amusing way to spend a Sunday. Totally self-indulgent on my part. Sitting on the couch with this book has also involved eating my way through fig jam on toast, chips, fruit salad and 2-minute noodles accompanied by cups of tea.

Now it's going into BellaMack's "You've Gotta Read This" Bookbag even though I'm sure everyone has read this book but me as the seem very popular! I hope it finds another reader who'll enjoy it as much as I have!

What a delight to read! I have been well out of the loop with Janet Evanovich's books, despite seeing them at the library/bookstore etc for quite some time now! Been wanting to read them but just never got around to it...
I loved the Stephanie Plum character, she is gutsy but with elements of frailty as well. I was hooked once I got about 2 chapters in, I was up reading into the wee hours with this one. Looking forward to reading some of the others in the series, thanks to sarahbear for her bookbag - got "Hard Eight" ready to read next.
