Journal Entry 1 by HeatherA from Corlette, New South Wales Australia on Sunday, February 17, 2008
from the back of the book: In Boston, ther's a killer on the loose. A killer who targets lone women, who breaks into their apartments and performs terrifying ritualistic acts of torture before finishing them off. His surgical skills lead police to suspect he is a physician who, instead of saving lives, takes them.

Journal Entry 9 by Sherlockfan from Upper Hutt, Wellington Province New Zealand on Tuesday, March 16, 2010
Thanks very much Carole888. I haven't read this one before although I've read a number of Tess Gerritsen's books and enjoyed them immensely. Would you like it back when you've reduced your Mt TBR a little?

Journal Entry 10 by Sherlockfan at Upper Hutt, Wellington Province New Zealand on Saturday, May 29, 2010
As I haven't heard from Carole whether she wants this back to read I'm planning to release it tomorrow at a BC mini-meetup in Martha's Pantry. It was a very exciting book and very much a "read in one go" sort of book. Gerritsen is one of my almost favourite authors and this certainly didn't disappoint.

Released 1 yr ago (5/29/2010 UTC) at Martha's Pantry in Wellington City, Wellington Province New Zealand WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Taking this to a mini Wellington meet-up at Martha's Pantry tomorrow May 30th. The new format didn't quite let me put in tomorrow's date but that is the plan. Thank you for catching this book! Consider it a gift, but it would be great if you would let us know that the book is safe. You can read it or not, give it to a friend, leave it in a public place, or keep it forever if you want. I'd really like you to write a journal entry and share your thoughts about it. If the concept of BookCrossing appeals to you, you may join and remain totally anonymous if you choose. The site is totally free, there are no strings and no spam involved. If you choose to join up, I hope you will consider using me, Sherlockfan , as the one who referred you. I enjoy the idea of sharing books and seeing how they travel, but I realize this idea is not for everyone.

Picked this up at a special bookcrossing meeting the other day for 'futurecat' who was in Wellington. Dinner and drinks on the harbour..lovely. Sherlockfan had put aside a few books she thought I would enjoy....this is one of them and I'm looking forward to reading it.

Journal Entry 13 by newgirl360 at Martha's Pantry in Wellington City, Wellington Province New Zealand on Sunday, July 25, 2010
Released 1 yr ago (7/25/2010 UTC) at Martha's Pantry in Wellington City, Wellington Province New Zealand WILD RELEASE NOTES:
As soon as I starting reading this, I was immediately put off by the topic. It is quite gorey and horrific but I was compelled to finish it. It is an exciting story but not the sort of horrific mystery I am used to. If you find this book, please record what you think.
