I took away the message from my first reading of this book that I should not necessarily feel locked into the standard "work, work, work, then retire and do whatever I want after" mindset.

This is definitely an interesting change of thinking, but I am not completely convinced that the approach is applicable to those in careers that are not necessarily portable and or to married couples with kids. Ferriss' approach seems more geared towards single people with an entrepreneurial bent.

In any case, this is an interesting book that I plan to hold on to and give another read sometime in the future.
