A coming of age story/murder mystery with a 16 year-old girl, Blue, as a heroine - an insecure, awkward girl who lives with her academic father who it turns out is a ... well, that would be a spoiler. The plot is complicated - the murder doesn´t occur until quite late in the story, and by then I wasn´t really interested any more. Not interested in whether it was suicide or murder, and definitely not interested in whodunnit. And the final revelations in the end wasn´t intriguing or believable enough to save the story, in my opinion. Too bad - they´d promised "..cult hit and instant classic" on the book jacket. I should have known better.
