I found this copy last year at some used books store and bought it because of the Finnish Forum Lukemisen aakkoset (alphabetical challenge) 2007 hosted by bookwormess. I (thought I) needed a book, the title of which starts with F. Never read it, though; I realised I already had another F title waiting to be read. Food of Love has been staring me accusingly ever since. It wants to be read and to become a BookCrossing book. It’s rather sad, really, I’m afraid no one has ever read this copy. :(
Last night I saw this very title on someone’s WishList... ENJOY!

Many thanks for this heartwarming wishlist surprise! I am sure I will enjoy this.
Oh, I so want to travel to Italy again! Especially to Le Marche area to that kind of a small osteria which Bruno found during his escape. Fireworks on the Italian cuisine is definitely the thing this book all about. Sharp, colourful, precise ans passionate descriptions of food ingredients, the cooking process and the meals are a treat for a food lover. This book is so dangerous making the reader constantly hungry for anything delicious there could be found at home :).
Additionally, this made a nice *C* for the Finnish forum's alphabet challenge.
