I finished reading thid at the beginning of April but with the run up to and the attending of the BC Convention this got forgotten about.
I enjoyed this thriller and hope that more from this author will come my way in future.
I had added this to my shfinking VBB and it was chosen.

I enjoy a good thriller, with a “bad guy” who makes you shudder in horror. And, believe me, in this book, we find a great “disciple” of Hannibal Lector. But this was not enough to make me really like this book.
First of all, it is too long for the story it wants to tell and, therefore, becomes a bit repetitive half way through. Second, the main female character just got on my nerves, with her obsession for perfection and antisocial behavior. I just couldn´t warm up to her and sympathize with her problems. Nevertheless, the book was good for killing time…
