Journal Entry 1 by darkpunkangel from Barrie, Ontario Canada on Tuesday, January 08, 2008
From Our Editors She is an elusive figure of Arthurian legend, a great beauty who betrayed her beloved husband and succumbed to temptation. Queen Guinevere is a key figure in the story of Camelot, but the various portraits of her by writers and artists seem to disagree on whether she was a scholar, seductress, warrior or gentlewoman. The Book of Guinevere collects the poetry, prose, literature and legend celebrating this queen with commentary from Arthurian scholar Andrea Hopkins.
