Journal Entry 1 by KateKintail from Burke, Virginia USA on Sunday, January 06, 2008
Bought at a library used book sale. Perfect condition. This is one of my favorite Michael Crichton books (partly because I adore time travel, and partly because I adore these characters). I read this and absolutely *loved* it! I went through a Michael Crichton phase in my youth, but that was before this was written, so I only read this recently. Though I must admit there were differences where I actually preferred the movie version (but perhaps that's just because I've seen the movie twenty times). The action was wonderful but the characters were the best. A few bits of the book actually inspired me to write a short story or two :-) Definitely a great experience. I hope whoever finds this next will enjoy it as well!
