My piano bench is piled high with books that are on others' Cliff1976 Wishlists, and it will take me forever to get them all mailed, so I just had the idea that they might make a good bookbox. So, here are the rules:
Take as many books as you like, just make sure you replace them with the same amount.
You may add any book as long as it is on somebody's wishlist.
Keep the box moving in a timely manner, best to keep it no longer than 2 weeks so everyone can get a turn.
Mail it via media mail to keep costs down.
US only unless someone is willing to pay a lot to mail it to Canada or elsewhere.
Another idea I had, which is optional, is to take one book that you choose and turn it into a bookray after you have read it, and take another book and send it to someone who has it on their wishlist, also after you have read it. So whaddya think? Is anybody interested? Please post here as well as send me a PM.

The original bookbox was lost in the mail somewhere between Utah and Texas, and I have finally put together a replacement box which will be sent to Paulsbooks, and it will continue on its journey. The box arrived yesterday. I need to do some research to see which of the available books are actually on wishlists. Since Cliff's has effectively shutdown, I'm going to search the wishlists on BookCrossing. I'm glad that I have wings right now, since I believe that searching wishlists is not available to those without wings.

Will post another journal entry when I've decided which books to take, which to put in, and the mailing status.

My husband, just this morning, took two opened bookboxes, and stuck all the books together..trying to *clean* so it is going to take me a little while to figure out which books go where.
