I've actually had this book for years, along with Wicked, Mirror, Mirror, and Lost. With so many other series to work on (Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum books, Faye Kellrman's Peter Decker/Rina Lazarus series and Sue Grafton's Alphabet Mystery series,) I didn't want to have another whole group of related books to read, but now I'm nearing the end of the Kellerman series and the Evanovich series, so I can look into this set. I'm registering it so that it will count for my "Reduce my TBR Mountain Challenge" in 2008. It might become part of my permanent collection, but you never know!

May 4, 2014: Started reading this today. I'm already reeled in!

May 26, 2014: I really enjoyed this spin on the Cinderella story, and learning a bit about life in Holland in the 1700s, some early economics, social history and art history all at the same time! Will be sent off next weekend!
