Reasons to read my book, numbers 1 to 9. 1. It's about three girls in Year Nine 2. You can learn all sorts of secrets about me (I'm Ellie) 3. Ditto my best friend Nadine 4. Ditto my equally best friend Magda 5. You can see if your nine all-time heros/heroines match up with mine 6. You can squirm at my most embarrassing moments 7. You can have lots of laughs (mostly at me!) 8. You might even cry a bit, too 9. PLUS, you get to find out a lot more about BOYS! An enjoyable read, telling the ups and downs of love as a teenager! Sending to Miss January EuroExchange. Not onher wishlist, but it is a BBC Top 100 book that doesn't seem to be on her shelf, so hopefully she hasn't read it yet!

I haven't read it and I don't know why I don't have it, so thanks very very much camis :) this looks like one I can actually promise to read in 08.... cos my BBC list is getting towards the big huge books that scare me, frankly.... xxxxxx

OK another one ticked off on the BBC list - I think this is the 67th I've read on the list, and the 21st book this year. Again I am struck by it being in the BBC list at all - it's a perfectly pleasant book, but it's not earth shattering... I have now read 3 Jacqueline Wilson books and I feel like I must be missing something amazing.... *shrugs* there are so many more deserving books out there I feel. I am going to take this along to the convention in April to find it a new home - people are often doing this BBC challenge so hopefully another bookcrosser will need it :)

I brought this home for my Niece as I know she's a fan of this author. I've no idea if she already has this or has read it, but if she has I/we'll find another way to pass it on.
