Am about half way through this book right now and its fantastic. Gripping! Will write more when I have finished.

Am offering up on VBB because I think its one of the best murder mysteries I have read in a while.

I have read many books labelled thriller or murder mystery which were predictable or fizzled out at the end or had dead spots...but this book is the exception. It is a true thriller. I was absorbed from page one and every time I thought I had an idea of where the plot was going it took another 45 degree turn. I am not writing anything specific about plot or characters because it may spoil the book for others. Mr Mack, an avid reader, also read it and gave it rave reviews - which is actually the highest praise from someone who says ... I like to read books not talk about them! lol

I think the Washington Post summed it up really well when they wrote:

A frightening book ... draws the suspense out for longer than most writers would dare - and masterfully so. If I had to sum up this book in a single word it would be PHEW!

Highly recommended to those who love a really good thriller.

Will reserve it for either my circulating bookbag, freelunch's bookbag or the VBB. Thank you aussieangel2 letting me read it :)
