3 journalers for this copy...
This is one of my favorite authors. I ran across this book in a library book sale and had to pick it up. I have another copy of it from a friend recently so I'm sending this out to someone else.
Putting this in cyberkedi's perpetual scifi box.
Wow. Not quite sure how it's science fiction, but it certainly was fascinating. Explores religion, cults, technology, drug use, sex in lots of varieties, and more. Never condemns those who have faith nor those who don't, never venerates those who are promiscuous nore those who are prudish... makes you think about your values and choices, possibly even your self-identity.
I will look for more by this author, but what I've found so far indicates that some of his work is more suitable for those readers less squeamish than I... we'll have to see.... Any specific recommendations welcome!
I will also say that the back of the book and the cover art don't give one a good sense of what's inside. Started reading as soon as I opened cyberkedi's bookbox and finished before I had a chance to tend the rest of the in&out of the books in the box. This copy falling apart but I know it's rare so I won't junk it.
