I enjoyed this book. An interesting look at the Amish way of life and the trials of a young Amish girl whos baby is found dead in the barn. Did she kill the baby?
Deals with her trial and the lawyer who defends her.

I've finally read this book, which I promised to LeighBCD ages ago. I enjoyed it -- definitely a page-turner! I may try another Jodi Picoult book next time I need a good, entertaining, quick read.
I'll be sending this to LeighBCD in the UK as soon as I get to the post office.
Thanks again, bethmills!

Mailed yesterday to LeighBCD in London. Enjoy!
Hi moogytee... thank you so much for this book and the lovely card! Yes, my alias has been punctured - my pic is my own private joke with myself! In reality I am much more beautiful than Captain Houlihan!!
I have wanted to read this book for a while - I have never read anything by Jodi Picoult and this novel looked a great place to start. Like everyone else, I have a Mt TBR as high as the Empire State Building, but I have a feeling that this particular book will be removed from the pile sooner than some of the others... thanks again!

Its been a long time since i have had this book but I finally read it this year! Interesting story about an Amish girl accused of murdering her baby. Unfortunately I figured out the ending way in advance but I still liked the book!
I released this book into the wild earlier today.
