Gaia is a girl who is born without the 'fear' gene. As a result, she is not afraid of anything. Her father, who is not around, put her through self-defence classes so she can use this fearless trait of hers to help people.

Someone is watching her every move and reporting it to another person. They create situations for her to fight but they do not want her injured. Sounds interesting enough, will have to look for the next book in the series.
