It took me a while to "get into" this book. I liked the style of writing, but it wasn't until a third of the way through that I began to really enjoy the story.

It took me a while to get into the book and found the internal dialogue of the character Briony to go on a little.
Watched the film after i had finished reading which was very true to the book.
