Journal Entry 1 by thy from Nurmijärvi, Uusimaa Finland on Sunday, October 28, 2007
I just had to buy this book when I saw it in a bookstore and remembered Rabbi Small mysteries mentioned in the Finnish BC forum. I enjoyed reading it very much; not as much as mystery but it was so charming how people and the community were described. Sending as Christmas RABCK to someone who has Rabbi Small mysteries in her wish list.

Thank you, thy, so much! I haven't read any of these Rabbi Small books before either, but I was so interested when I saw it mentioned in BC-forum - so I put them on my wishlist and now I got this book! I'm so happy!!! :)

Journal Entry 3 by Chania from Kokkola, Keski-Pohjanmaa Finland on Thursday, February 25, 2010
I liked this book, but maybe not quite that much as I expected. Before I read it, I had an idea that Rabbi Small is an old man, kind of "male Miss Marple" , but he wasn't. He was youngish, and quite complicated man and that made him even more interesting that I expected.
