This is a paperback copy from Penguin, published in 2002. The book was originally published in the US in 2001.
I love this book ... !! I'm a Michael Moore fan and I think this is my favorite among those of his books that I have read (almost but not quite all of them). It's very funny, it's articulate, insightful and has lots of valuable information. Everybody should read this book.
This book was originally bought somewhere in Norway - it has a Norwegian price tag (OK, I can only say for sure that it's Scandinavian, but the price amount is very Norwegian :-) showing that it originally cost 109 crowns.
I bought this book at a flea market at Torshov special ed school in Oslo on Saturday, April 14th, 2007.

My boyfriend found this book on a bookshelf in a Bar/ Restaurant called 'Tam Tam' in Vientam. We were really excited by the idea, we had never seen anything like it before. Now that I am in Saigon and have completed the book, I shall find a suitable place to leave it so that another fellow traveller can enjoy it! OR....i may even take it across the boarder into Cambodia! Thanks for the fun experience. Claire, 11th April 2008
