Yet again I'm sorely disappointed with a book that gains critical acclaim. The Daily Telegraph`a penetrating examination of the ennui and emptiness of middle America'. For that read a dull, tedious and dry read about 5 blokes who grow up in rural Boston and then jump 15 years to being married with kids and all seem totally bored with their lives yet do nothing to sort it out. Timmy. the main character keeps fretting about a gun buried in his back garden for about 10 years when just chuckin it in the f**king sea would be ideal. This is the first book I've started and never finished. Complete waste of time to as I gained nothing from the 200 pages I did read. Good job it only cost 50p.

NOw need to thnk of somewhere dry, tedious and dull to release it. Perhaps an incinerator would do to save other people from reading this garbage.
