This book I didn't like as much as the others. Here the main focus was on the relationship between Jamie and Max. I'd prefered to read more about the crime.

I come to like the main characters a lot now and I'm really interested in how the relationship between Max and Jamie is going on! So, where's the next volume???

I was glad that this volume was more about Jamie and Max and that it was settled in Beaumont. Destiny and Vera and all the folks around are really crazy, too. Very funny, and a lot of steamy action.
