The Double Bind: A Novel

I read this book because it was the book chosen for the Book Club I am in.
It took until Chapter 7 or 8 before the characters finally started to come together for me, and I started to think I had some idea as to what was going on.
However, once I got close to the end, I truly started to put it together, and the reason I gave this book a 9 was because I was not sure-still am not quite sure-that I liked how the book ended.
I definitely feel the need to read The Great Gatsby now, though. So, I might do that and re-read/skim through this book again. Maybe I will understand it better, then.
Overall, a good read, was able to finish it quickly and was worth the money spent on it.
I am about to pass it to someone else in my Book Club, and then will probably get it back. So I am marking this book as reserved for now.
