This is an interesting perspective of the role of motherhood, from a more academic approach. A well respected local academic combines studies, statistics and personal ovservations to reveal the effects of motherhood on a woman's identity and sense of self.

A pretty heavy read but quite helpful for those professional new mothers or pregnant women who struggle to keep it all together.
