Half-vampire Catherine Crawfield is going after the undead with a vengeance, hoping that one of these deadbeats is her father—the one responsible for ruining her mother's life. Then she's captured by Bones, a vampire bounty hunter, and is forced into an unholy partnership.
In exchange for finding her father, Cat agrees to train with the sexy night stalker until her battle reflexes are as sharp as his fangs. She's amazed she doesn't end up as his dinner—are there actually good vampires? Pretty soon Bones will have her convinced that being half-dead doesn't have to be all bad. My comments:
I thought this book was well written and with a great story line. Not much sex but lots of vamps. This will be an author that I will watch. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I have.
Just checked and book 2 is coming in April 2008. YUMM!!!!!!!

This was a great read! I finished it in less than two days because I couldn't put it down. I love the story. I love the intrigue. I love the Vamps! Can't wait for #2!!

What a great November PUF swap! I'm always looking for new-to-me paranormal authors and from the popularity of this book in the swap it looks like a hit. Chuckled when I saw that Lemmy read this while visiting terra, so something I would have done. :D

I started this yesterday afternoon at work and was up until 130am finishing it. I couldn't put it down. It is always nice to find a unique story with great characters. I'm anxiously awaiting the next book in this series.
