This fantasy is based on "Swan Lake", a monumental tale of loyalty and betrayal, of magic used for good and evil, of love both carnal and pure, and of the incredible duality of human nature as Prince Siegfried, a selfish hedonist and womaniser, is taught a lesson by the woman he has wronged.

I read this book in March this year.
It was a good read, I was pleasantly surprised. The story is intriguing and the setting is ... really good by Misty's standards. ;-) Some really good characters and a fascinating plot. IMO it's a clever and well worked out adaptation of the old story. It's obviously a bit predictable, that goes without saying, but it's a very enjoyable read. As good as I'd hoped and, I'm sorry to say, better than I'd expected. :-)
This book will now become a part of my Permanent Collection. Available for loans, though. :-)
