An extra copy that I picked up at the Toronto OBCZ in Ben Wick's Pub (it wasn't registered). I quite enjoyed the story.

going to Bulfinch

Journal Entry 8 by Bulfinch from Fort Worth, Texas USA on Wednesday, February 13, 2008
Received in the mail last week as part of book ring. Will get started on it as soon as I finish what I am currently reading!

Journal Entry 9 by Bulfinch from Fort Worth, Texas USA on Tuesday, April 1, 2008
Unusual, but I found it to be an enjoyable read. Not the sort of thing that I typically read... but it was good to branch out a bit.

Dropped it in the mail today, so it is on its way to rooshill who is next up in the list.

Journal Entry 10 by rooshill from Grass Valley, California USA on Thursday, April 10, 2008
Caught it! I'm reading another good book right now that I don't want to put down...so I'll see if I can dig into them at the same time. Otherwise, this one will wait until beginning of next week. I know I won't keep it long either way, cuz Gaiman's books fly by!

Journal Entry 11 by rooshill from Grass Valley, California USA on Thursday, April 24, 2008
Another great Gaiman book! Sorry I've no time for the detailed review...best just to get it on the way to the next reader before I get buried by work again! Thanks for sharing
I have katintheboots' addy so I'll mail in the morning.

Journal Entry 12 by katintheboots on Monday, April 28, 2008
I found this in my mailbox when I got home this evening. I'll start on it this week.

Journal Entry 13 by katintheboots on Thursday, May 22, 2008
I finished this yesterday and it was certainly a better experience than the last time I tried to read Gaiman. When I attempted American Gods, I read the dedication to a university prof and writer that I really disliked and knew I was in trouble. It was one of the few books I've hated so much I could not get to 100 pages. But then I read Good Omens and decided to give Gaiman's solo work another go.

I liked this book, though there was one point after the 100 page mark where I nearly gave up on the book. Gaiman does enjoy torturing his characters both figuratively and literally, and there were some days when I was just not in the mood to put up with it. But the book got better as it went along, and by the end I was really enjoying it.

I have boerbabe's address, so I'll get this in the mail to her by this weekend.

Journal Entry 14 by katintheboots on Friday, May 23, 2008
I sent this to boerbabe this afternoon via media mail.

Journal Entry 18 by pazyryk from Torres Vedras, Lisboa (distrito) Portugal on Tuesday, July 29, 2008
First my apologies for the time I kept the book with me. Nowadays I don't find so much time available for my readings. But this one is done and I enjoyed it very very much. It's the first book I read from Neil Gaiman and it was completely fullfilled. In a near future I'll look for reading more things of this author. Thanks very much for this ray OCcinderella. I mailed it today to ReetPetite (turquoisefloyd couldn't receive ir now).

Journal Entry 19 by ReetPetite from Beeston, Nottinghamshire United Kingdom on Thursday, July 31, 2008
Arrived today. Thanks very much pazyryk. Next on my TBR.

Journal Entry 20 by ReetPetite from Beeston, Nottinghamshire United Kingdom on Friday, August 8, 2008
Really enjoyed this book - funny & exciting. I read Neverwhere recently & noticed that the main character also had problems with his fiancee like Charlie.
Thanks for sharing OCcinderella.
I'll PM ArabellaFigg for the address.

Journal Entry 21 by ArabellaFigg from Hull, East Yorkshire United Kingdom on Thursday, August 14, 2008
Book arrived this morning, thanks ReetPetite. Will start this as soon as I've finished my current read.

Arrived safely, thank you. Looking forward to this.

Journal Entry 25 by candy-is-dandy from Great Bardfield, Essex United Kingdom on Tuesday, November 11, 2008
This was an enjoyable read, I enjoy Neil Gaiman's sense of humour and this certainly gave me a good laugh. I liked the link with traditional myths and legends, the 3 old ladies in Florida and Spider, Fat Charlie Nancy's irresponsible, ultra-confident brother.

This is now off to Norway once I have Tuttasb's address.

Journal Entry 26 by candy-is-dandy from Great Bardfield, Essex United Kingdom on Monday, January 19, 2009
After failing to get a response or being asked to skip from the next few people on the list, this book is finally off to dragongoddess.

Journal Entry 27 by DragonGoddess from Olathe, Kansas USA on Saturday, January 24, 2009
Woohoo! Got this in the mail today. Hope you are doing well and your trip here went well, Candy-is-dandy! Have 1 1/2 books to finish first (the 2nd and 3rd books of a trilogy) and then I'll give this one a go. Thanks!

Journal Entry 28 by DragonGoddess from Olathe, Kansas USA on Friday, April 17, 2009
This book arrived and I was SOOOOO excited to read it. But I still had a couple of books to read first, so of course this one got lost in the tangled mess that is my "book closet". I looked and looked, and was pretty sure I'd lost the book. To the point that I went to get a new book to continue the ray. I brought the new book home, and within an hour found the original ray book. Figures. But now I have my own copy, so it's onto the next person.

bsliv1219 was sent a copy by a friend, so it is off to rebeccaljames.

Journal Entry 29 by rebeccaljames from Cincinnati, Ohio USA on Tuesday, June 23, 2009

Journal Entry 31 by zosime at Marshfield, Wisconsin USA on Sunday, July 25, 2010
I completely forgot I had this, but fortunately I remembered and now I've read it and I loved it. It obviously brings to mind American Gods, but it seems to be a much tighter story. Thank you so very much for sharing it with me!

I am PMing the next reader now.

Journal Entry 32 by zosime at Marshfield, Wisconsin USA on Sunday, September 5, 2010
I really am working on getting this book moving again!

Uruviel would like to be moved down the list
Tuttasb did not reply to my messages
criminologeek would like to be skipped

I sent a message to MadamMuck this morning and will update as soon as I know where this book is heading next.
