Well, this wasn't a bad book, but I can't say it was my favorite Red Dress Ink book, either. They have recently created a pretty high standard for themselves and this one just didn't do it for me! There was the illusion of romance, but no real romance. However, if you are looking for chick lit where a guy doesn't solve all the girl's problems, this would be your book. I don't mind that type of chick lit, but I don't think this girl's problems exactly rated a whole book. Or maybe they did, but they rated a much LONGER book than this one. Dunno.

I liked parts of this book and others just really dragged for me. What I did like was the backdrops in the story of Italy and Greece. It made me want to vacation soon. Thanks for letting me participate. Sorry I held on to it a little longer then I wanted to. Enjoy!

Got a surprise in the mail today! Yay! Can't wait to start reading.

1-5-04 Sent off in the Mail before Christmas.

I liked this book alot. Wasn't what I expected, but it was a good book.

Made me want to see Greece and Italy, and travel all over Europe with my girlfriends!

I really enjoyed the story. The descriptions of Italy and Greece were captivating. I was a little surprised at the way the book ended. Though I enjoyed the book overall, I would have liked to have seen a different ending. I liked the Billy character and I would have liked to have known more about how Casey makes out. One thing that I found interesting was that this book was spurred from a trip the author made to Italy and Greece after she graduated from law school. Hmmmm.....I wonder how much of this story is autobiographical.

As soon as I get JKate's address, this book will be on it's next "road trip" to California.
