A 1970s book but with excellent recipes for making jams, chutneys, marmalades, sauces and salad dressings. Very useful for today's homemaker who likes "putting things up".

I am impressed with the number of homemade pickling/jam recipes. It's hard to find a book like this in today's times. I guess it's a dying art.
