Dale Spender's own account of the work of feminist writers and theorists of the sixties, seventies
and eighties.

This is a very intelligent review of the classic feminist texts from the early sixties up to the mid eighties - not only to expound and review the ideas and theories discussed, but to review them "For the Record" before they go the to the fate of most of the previous feminist books ie conveniently 'lost' by the patriarchy.
