Journal Entry 1 by guinaveve from Mason, Ohio USA on Friday, May 25, 2007
I read Hamill's book Forever about a year or so ago and loved it. I saw 2 copies of this book, also by Hamill, at the local community center's annual book exchange. I got one to read myself and one to share. This is the copy I am going to share.

Journal Entry 3 by Thursday5 from Columbus, Ohio USA on Monday, June 11, 2007
Picked up this book yesterday at the meeting. I have always loved New York so I am looking forward to reading the book. I have spent quite a bit of time in New York-I spent several summers as a part of a national grant working with the Bronx Zoo, have enjoyed visits there with family, and I recently ran the New York City Marathon which goes through every borough and ends in Central Park. I will be interested in how my experiences with New York compare to what this author's experience. My guess is that there are many different "New Yorks" depending on who you are, what you do, and where you live. Thanks for the book guinaveve. I appreciate you organizing the meet up--and it was nice to meet you :->
