It took me a long time to read this book, although I was really enjoying it - it was just so dense and detailed that I found myself having to re-read passages or stop and think about what was going on. I loved the way that it echoed the epistolary style of Stoker's Dracula, with an added hint of Scheherazade in the way there were stories within stories and letters within letters. And the way the physical chases and academic chases intertwined. A great book - glad I finally decided to pick it up. ^ ^ 00 =+= v
