Congratulations and welcome to BookCrossing!
Thank you so much for picking up this book. Please make a journal entry here on this page if you haven’t already done so to let me know that this book has found a good home. You may choose to remain anonymous or to join (it is entirely free). If you choose to join, I would love if you could indicate Weebly referred you on your my profile page.
I really hope you enjoy the book you found! When you’re done reading it, you can make another journal entry with your comments here to let me know what you thought of it. You can keep the book forever and ever or pass it on to someone else. If you’re giving it to someone directly, make another journal entry saying so. If you choose to leave it somewhere “in the wild” for anyone to catch, make release notes that indicate where you left it. If you register, you will be alerted by e-mail each time someone makes another journal entry. It’s all confidential (you’re known only by your screen name and no one is ever given your e-mail address), free, and spam-free. Then you can track this book as it goes on its journey!

Arrived safely, many thanks.
Weird ... I absolutely hated the first couple of chapters of this and in faqct put it down and started reading something else! Fortunately I gave it another go and once I'd got past my initial dislike of the gardening element I thoroughly enjoyed this and finished it in two or three sittings. In some ways I could identify with the main character Alice, who is a single parent living in a rural area, and I really enjoyed the twists and turns of her love life, the lives of her friends and neighbours and I even warmed to the ongoing theme of gardening!!

Passed on to me by chelseagirl as we were both after it in the book swap. Will go onto Mt TBR for a while, though.

I really enjoyed this, and laughed out loud once or twice. The descriptions of how the minds of young children work were very accurate and brought back memories of my own children at that age. An easy read with a real feel-good factor, which makes me want to read her other books now.
