Arrived in today's mail. Thanks iliotropio. Will read and send on...
What an interesting book -- it wasn't what I expected. I finished it up during a girl's weekend in the mountains, fueled on sugar and brandy slushes, it was a sleepless night for me as I thought every creek and groan of our place was a Terby...
This is now headed to Finland. Thanks again iliotropio for sharing! :-)

And the book is now safe and sound in Finland. I will certainly try to read it asap, but I've got a few other ring books with me as well so this has to wait a little while...
edit 02.10.2007: I'm sorry guys! I've been so busy lately that my reading has suffered but I've started the book and I'm trying to finish it some time this week.

Yes, definately delirious book. At times very funny if you like sort of very black humour. There's also the dry irony of Easton Ellis and some sharp remarks about families, living in the suburbia, kids and parents and life in general.Still I have to say that I prefer Jay McInerney to Easton Ellis. The gory details are just not for me...
Thanks iliotropia for organising this ray. I'm waiting to hear from quico and will post the book once I have their address.
edit 16.10.2007: Got quico's address and will mail the book tomorrow. It will be in perfect time just before Halloween...
