This was a nice interesting read. Not really a fairy tale but a story that leaves you wondering if it could be real. Deep, strange and captivating this is a small read that had me hooked from the first page. Nicely written and the characters were very interesting. This is an author I will hopefully come across again in the future.

I made my first visit to a real OBCZ while in Vienna for a day during my trip to central Europe. I had looked up the OBCZ Flanagan's details beforehand and seen the photos, but it was still a surprise how great and big the exchange shelf actually is.
While releasing some of mine, this was one of the books I picked up to fly to Finland with me. After I have finished it, the book will continue its journey either through our local meetings or through a new wild release. Thank you and greetings from Finland!

I finished reading this during a car journey to eastern Finland.
The book left a bit strange feeling as I kept wondering the moments that belonged to reality in the story compared to those I thought wére happening in the characters' imagination, dream or somewhere beyond human senses. The lightning strike theme was interesting.
