Back Cover:
Danny Wallace had been saying no far too much. No to his friends, no to his colleagues, no to nights out and no to himself. Then a mystery man on a late night bus says three magic words and his whole world started to change….’Say yes more’. And Danny did, he said yes to his friends, yes to strangers, yes to adverts…yes to everything.’
And this is the story Danny wrote about the six months he said yes more. At times it is laugh out loud (the incident with the Monk), at times reads like he is trying too hard to write a witty story, and once bad editing made the story stop flowing (Danny receives a wedding invitation fora character introduced in the next chapter).
Over all an okay book, but Danny seems to be a wannabe Tony Hawks. Now Tony Hawks is a man who sets a much more interesting challenge and writes a witty story about it. For Example, Around Ireland with a Fridge, or Playing the Moldovan’s at Tennis.

Should I pick this up?
Yes.
Yes.
Definitely laugh out loud funny. Had me in fits of giggles. Which had me in a giggly frame of mind which made the next bit funnier, and so on in a not very vicious circle.
Don't think it will change my life though.
