Dieses Buch findet sich auch, weil für mich ein Klassiker der Weltliteratur, in meiner Permanent Collection wieder (siehe dort). Feinster kirchen- wie politikkritischer Humor eingepackt in die Abenteuer des Dorfpfarrers Don Camillo und seines mit ihm in tiefer Haßliebe verbundenen kommunistischen Bürgermeisters Peppone irgendwo (genauer gesagt im kleinen Städtchen Brescello, etwa 25 km nördlich von Parma) in der Bassa -der ewigen Weite der Poebene. Einfach genial!!!
