Yey! Thanks Geoff. Once I have all the Robots stories, a couple more of the later Foundation ones, and the other two of this middle trilogy I plan to read them all in order - and am very excited at the prospect!

I think I've gone off Asimov as I've got older. Whilst his ideas are always inventive and I love the concepts, in execution some of his books read more like trashy mysteries. Fun and entertaining, but it could have been much more.

I agree with Loz on this one; probably a bit more pulp whodunnit than high quality sci-fi, but at least it was fun.
