Received this book in the mail yesterday and read it then. A great book for a warm Saturday. I sat outside on the hammock and enjoyed this heartwarming story. DiCamillo is a wonderful author and I have nothing but praise. I love this book, but I''ll send to samutsari when I get the address!
I'm making this journal entry late, but I didn't get a chance to make a journal entry the day that I sent it to Unwrittenlibra, and since then I've been away at a log cabin in the woods with no computer. But I wanted to make an entry and say how much I liked this book. It is a very quick read, and the author does a good job of making the reader feel what the heroine feels. It even made me cry once. Happy Reading!
Sent this book off via the Riderwood post office to be enjoyed by Maria in Sri Lanka!
This is certainly a wonderful book to read aloud with my kids. We received a copy while this one is on the post. Anyway, this will be released soon. Thanks!
My children have enjoyed reading this book as much as they have watched the movie. One of those stories that would surely stay with us for a long time. Leaving this at Blue Water Resort where we plan to meet some friends with children. We hope they'll catch it and log in...
