Journal Entry 2 by WelshHelen from Ponthenri, Wales United Kingdom on Sunday, December 21, 2008
Another very enjoyable read from Grafton and one where Kinsey gets more personally involved than usual. Like her, I really liked Bobby and as usual, Grafton introduces us to interesting characters along the way. I always enjoy the fact that the plots are intruiging without being too ridiculously complex. I guessed the baddie just a few pages before the end which made for a very satisfying read,

Journal Entry 6 by ekranda from Northampton, Northamptonshire United Kingdom on Tuesday, March 09, 2010
I found this book very entertaining and got hooked into it very easily! A new crime to investigate means that new people are introduced into the story, some of them are fairly interesting characters which I found myself warming to over time; there are one or two older characters that I was pleased to see return into the story. I didn't guess the ending very well at all, perhaps this helped me enjoy the read all the more, who knows but I feel that the Kinsey character has grown more likeable generally...perhaps this is down to a degree of vulnerability on her part! thank you very much for sharing, i shall be contacting pingucb very soon to obtain an address!

Journal Entry 9 by pingucb at Tadworth, Surrey United Kingdom on Thursday, May 27, 2010
Sorry it's taken me so long to read this! I finished it a couple of days ago while in hospital, then when I got out I couldn't get any journal entries to work on the new site!! Anyway, enjoyed the book and it was a great one to keep me entertained while unwell as I could pick it up and read a few pages without losing track of what was happening. I'm still not well, so not sure how quickly I'll get it off to the next reader, but will post as soon as I can.

Journal Entry 10 by pingucb at Tadworth, Surrey United Kingdom on Thursday, August 12, 2010
I messaged Jonniboi back at the end of May about this but not heard anything - sorry with baby coming it then went out of my head until now!! Anyway, as that was when the site was being revamped, it's very possible jonniboi didn't get the message, so will give it another go. AFTER messaging jonniboi have just seen that he's going away and his address is on RABCK.com so will login there and get the book in the post to him.

Journal Entry 13 by Jonniboi at Birmingham, West Midlands United Kingdom on Friday, September 17, 2010
hmmmmmmm....... What do I make of this book, well let's start off with someone I really missed, and that is funny Julia who appeared in B is for Burglar, I loved her and I really wish she appeared in this one, even if it is only for a few seconds! Anyway, I felt the starting and the first part of the middle, a little slow and it didn't rush into things that quickly, which made a nice change, but also made my reading a little slow, as I couldn't be bothered to read to the next chapter, however after that, it intensified and as more and more clues came up, Kinsey managed to fit it all together! I loved the bit when she hid in the shower, my heart must have been beating as quickly as hers would have been, and I absolutely loved the ending. I have to admit, when I got about half-way through the book, I was considering giving this a 3 out of 10, but it picked up at long last and inspired me to read more and to raise my star rating! Cannot wait for the next book! Will pass this one on, but I have not received the address yet, so shall PM next person in line again, if I don't get a reply in a week or so, we'll have to skip.

Journal Entry 19 by dabercro at Clinton, Utah USA on Tuesday, November 30, 2010
The book started out a little slow for me. Also, trying to keep straight all the characters and their relationship to one another. It picked up in the middle and so did my reading pace. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

So far, this is my favorite one of the series. I liked how Kinsey was working on 2 different things at once. It kept the reading flowing and the story interesting. I am going to wild release this on my train ride home.
