An interesting story. Rather unemotional for an autobiography. Too descriptive and flat at times. The political backround I found very interesting (b.1940). Sympathy and understanding increased towards the end of his time in Africa. His parents seemed rather cold. The impact of his childhood on his adulthood was the most poignant part.
