Found the book in the newspaper rack at Panera and, despite being quite excited at a find in the wild, got swept up in a hectic weekend and neglected to log the find. (I apologize, as getting news from a book remains one of the high points of my e-mail experience.) Thrilled that my Bookcrossing once again brings me in the path of Bookczuk.

Left the book in Orlando as a "thank you" gift for my hostess.

Journal Entry 4 by Playwatcher from Charleston, South Carolina USA on Sunday, August 26, 2007
Interesting mystery of border life and politics in a small Texas town and its larger Mexican neighbor. My only quibble was the way the central relationship between the main character and her husband was written; seemed very aloof for what was happening. Maybe if I had read any others in the series, it would have resonated from the previous books, since here, they are under obvious distress.

With that assessment, my sister passed it along at her workplace in Orlando.
