next on the to be read pile. Looking forward to the evidence sniffing dog, Sam, more than the rest of the story, I think.

Well, the dog didn't last long. And I'm glad he was also a hospital therapy dog, though Johansen obviously knows little about what it takes to get such a dog certified... The story was good all in all, the psychic elements were somewhat believable or at least not mystical. Only felt it as a deus ex machina once so that wasn't too overused, thank goodness.
