I found that i just couldn`t get in to this book.It didn`t appear to have a beginning and the short stories/anacdotes just finished abruptly. There was no natural flow or logic to the chapters and i`m afraid i abandoned it after reading three of them.I have enjoyed Marian Keyes books in the past, but i prefer a proper story,a true work of fiction, and not this mish mash of ideas.
Soon to be released.

Another collection of hilarious anecdotes from Marian Keyes.... from shopping, travel, life, men & fashion, Marian takes you on a journey into her weird & wonderful world.
I laughed at her adventures with fake tan in Faking It, holidays with the family in Villa-itis....& was touched by her visit to Russian Orphanages in Rebuilding Children.
Then there's also a collection of short stories including a few visits to Mammy Walsh's Problem Page - loved it all!

This was a complete surprise! A large package arrived with this book of short stories, and another book, a Christmas card for me, one also for my mother,(inside these envelopes were lovely little shiny metallic "Merry Christmas" thingy's, I don't know what to call them, and little Christmas trees and stars), a notecard with a nice message, and the cutest baby set in 100% cotton and so soft. A hat with "teddy" embroidered on it, a bib with "my teddy" embroidered on it, booties and scratch mittens, for my baby son. Thank you so much Plum-crazy. This is a wonderful gift. You are very generous.
Getting back to this book, I am looking forward to reading it, and it is perfect for me to read right now being as the stories are not too long, because I don't have much time these days with a baby to look after.
