Re-using an old BCID I've come across for my Cosy Mystery BookBox......,which is a small bookbox containing what are generally classed as "cosy" type mysteries, Ann Granger, Laura Childs, Diane Mott Davidson & the like.
There's five rules:
1. There must be a minimum of 4 books in it. You can take out as many as you like but you MUST send on at least 4. More is fine as long as....
2....the package weighs under 2KG. This is is just to keep costs down. Postage is currently be £2.80 second class for up to 2KG - if it's heavier, well thats up to you, you'll be paying the postage after all!!
3 Please journal the date the bookbox is received (BCID will be in the box - please leave for next person!) & sent on & of course, journal any books you remove.
4 As a courtesy to other readers please only put in books that are in a decent condition.
5 All the books currently in the box must be by different authors to ensure a variety of choice. So for example, you could take out a book by Laura Childs & put another Laura Childs as there would still be only one in the box....hope that makes sense!

There's a really good mix of books in this box, Plum, you've done a great job in curating this. I'll be sending on again once I've finished reading one last book I want to add.

I've taken some, added some, and included a little something for all future recipients.

Arrived safely here today. In a quandry as I would like to read more of these than I have to replace in it!! Oh, well - perhaps a second round??
I'll not be able to send this out straight away as I'm very tied up tomorrow (Friday) and have a previous appointment for Saturday morning so no chance to get to the Post Office. However, I doubt I'll get the next persons details much before I can send it out anyway.
Perhaps that gives me time to rake out a few of my older availables in this line and so swap around a few more :-) A great mix and I'll get it moving as soon as I can.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Quickly received pm from next in line and managed to turn around a little faster than I thought (due to some time in hospital waiting rooms making 'extra' reading time available rather than reducing it as I originally feared might happen).
Managed to rake out some more availables too so ended up putting more in than I took out.

Posted to next on list. Unfortunately had to take out the hardback book because it had gone over the 2kg limit when I weighed it at the post office. Will update list of contents when I'm not on my phone.
