============
This book is a reminder to appreciate the simple, little things in life. It's a reminder that when you're dead, the things you've accumulated and the things you've done will disappear. What will remain is the ways that you've affected or touched other people.
This book is a guide to a way that you can live your life where you'll be able to look back at the end and feel peace and contentment.
Within this story about the special connection between a spiritual mentor and his pupil, the old man imparts his wisdom his pupil regarding many troubling questions about human existence.

I came to journal this book, as I finished it last night, and have found out that I never journalled to say I received it! Sorry everyone, it arrived safely about 2 weeks ago!
I found this a really easy read. The writing style was really easy to get into and once I started I just wanted to finish this book. Although a bit sad (as the synopsis implies) I would definitely recommend to others, makes you think about some things.
As my sister has just read 'The Five People You Meet in Heaven', I am going to offer this book to her. Hope that is okay with everyone here.
